Pianist, composer, director and creator of the Bouquet Festival of Tarragona and artistic director of the Festival Vermúsic de Reus.
She began her musical studies in the Professional Conservatory of Tarragona and continued them in Vilaseca. She finished the last piano course as a free student at the Tarragona Conservatory with Honors. Throughout her professional trajectory she has continued her training and specialization in the academies and conservatories of more international prestige.
She has recently recorded her second album, for which she's receiving excellent reviews from the press.
Author of the "Guide of Vermouth" where she makes an exhaustive radiography of the panorama of vermouth to Spain. Currently she combines the work of Brand Ambassador of Vermuts Miró and the International Wine Challenge of London with the prescription and dynamitzation of the world of wine and vermouth.
Journalist and collaborator in several media of the world of wine. Director of the first edition of the Vinari Awards of the Catalan Vermuts 2015 and director of the 2016 and 2017 editions of the Vinaris Awards of Catalan Wines.

The MIRO RED continues being the authentic “Vermouth of Reus”. Its red, ruby colour with hints or red brick, its aromas and taste based on sweet aperitif herbs, makes it stimulating and refreshing. It is elaborated with the perfect combination of aromatic natural herbs, followed by a long maceration. It is subtly sweet with a bitter touch, silky and easy to drink and light with a good aftertaste. Always produced following the family recipe to make the inimitable Vermouth based on its exquisite and unique taste or palate.

The Miró & Paco Perez Red Fusion brings many memories of Arbequina olives and Mediterranean plants that mark from the very beginning this vermouth. On the palate it's silky, sweet and full-bodied. It's accompanied on the palate few subtle hints of licorice, orange peel and star anise echo that play melodically with the wide range of flavors. It has a Mediterranean accent, that salinity and typical aromatic plants, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf... protagonists plants that are also used to cure olives. And we can well say that the olives have matured this vermouth with a touch of grace!
The following products: Red Miro Vermouth and White Miro Vermouth are also available in individual miniature-bottles of 60ml, a correct dose for taking one aperitif or for making your own combinations. Also an ideal size to keep in the fridge and can be served with all its glamour in a party or in a meeting. The miniatures come in 8 units/pack.

The MIRO CASERO is elaborated from a careful selection of wines from our district in which natural aromatic sweet herbs are macerated. In that type of Vermouth, we follow the most traditional procedures combining our own recipe with the addition of some specific herbs, including wild marjoram, peppermint and caramel. Its colour is red-ruby, it’s clean and bright with intense fresh aroma. It is bright in appearance and long in the mouth.

The MIRO RESERVA Black Label (etiqueta Negra) is elaborated on the old Miro recipe on which the vermouth has been aged using the Solera System (as Sherries are aged), in oak casks for 12 months. Its colour is amber-like and brick-red; clean and bright to the eye. The oak provides notes of wood and spices which makes the product more complex in the mouth with lots of character. It is a well-balanced aperitif and long in the mouth.

The MIRO WHITE is a perfect blend of white as a base, with a touch of sweetness, fine and soft. It is made with the correct combination of natural herbs that provide its aromas and sophisticated taste. An excellent aperitif always following the family formula which makes such an exquisite product.

The Moscatel Miralva/Miro is a natural sweet wine, elaborated from the excellent grapes of the Muscat variety. After crushing the grapes, alcohol is added to the free-running juice, to reach 15% alc. by vol. This is done in order to prevent fermentation from taking place. This particular wine undergoes a period of ageing in oak casks.
Its colour is wheat-yellow, with golden tones, net and bright. It shows body and it has an intense aroma of its grape variety, as well as of raisins. It is wide, silky, round and balanced, with a persistent after-taste.
It can be consumed at room temperature or cold. It goes well with pastry, nuts and it also goes with exquisite culinary recipes.

It is a wine elaborated from grape juice of different varietals: alcohol is added to the free running juice after the crushing of the grapes. To reach 15% by vol. In order to avoid fermentation. It has a wheat-yellow colour and it is full, rich and bright, with plenty of body.
The complex aromas shown clearly in the nose include those of raisins. It is silky in mouth, balanced and with nice sweet sensations. Its long after-taste, leaves a nice impression.
It can be consumed at room temperature or cold. It goes well with desserts, pastry, nuts and also in the making of exquisite culinary recipes.

The Altar Wine Miro is a liqueur wine of 15%. It is elaborated with the partially fermented grape juice –after removing the skins and seeds- into which wine alcohol is added to stop the fermentation when, approximately, two-thirds of the wine has fermented. This way, the wine will have good alcohol content while leaving a high concentration of natural sugars. Finally and in order to obtain some specific aromas of this fortified wine, an oxidative process is carried out for a minimum period of three months, after which the wine is ready to be bottled.
The Altar Wine is normally shipped accompanied with an Ecclesiastical Certificate.
It is has a yellowish/reddish colour with brown-brick tones. It is clean and bright to the eye. It has intense aromas, yet with a soft nose of ripe grapes with subtle notes of walnuts.

Aged wine in oak and O.D. Tarragona. It's a dry wine liqueur 17º of alcohol , made with red wines with Designation of Origin (D.O.) Tarragona, aged for at least three years in oak barrels for a unique bouquet.
It has a generous aspect of red earth with brick tones. It's clean and bright. With frank and pleasant aroma, a green walnuts combined with the aromas of the grapes and oxidation. In mouth it's well structured, with alcoholic initial feeling but gives a way to complex flavors on the palate, species and toasted with a particular bouquet. With a final persistent and pleasant mouth. Ideal with pastries and nuts.

This a medium fortified wine of 17% alc. by vol. It is produced with red grape juice or “must” which has fermented partially. The fermentation is stopped by the addition of wine alcohol. The wine is later aged in oak casks where it reaches its final personality.
It is dark ruby-red in colour with brown tones. It is clean and bright, with powerful nose which reminds us of red ripe red fruits like plums and cherries. It is ample to the mouth, with body, silky, leaving complex aromas of fruits, species and toast. It can be consumed as an aperitif or to accompany sweets without forgetting that it can be used in the preparation of excellent culinary recipes.
Presentation: 1L. Bottle and 2L Carafe.
It is a special wine to cook with. It is elaborated with white wine of 14.5% as its base. It has been macerated with a blend of sweet herbs of the Montsant flora, (mountain not far from our premises with a maximum altitude of 1.200 m or 3.6oo ft.)
The wine is thus converted in a golden liquid to be used to improve our own dishes and many culinary recipes.
The wine is ideal in the preparation of fish soups, vegetables, broths, stews, poultry dishes, meat and fish in general. The wine will give a special touch of aromatic herbs to the dish.

It is an aromatized wine characterized by its aroma and taste of the bark of Quina Calisaya (a tree that grows mainly in Peru) which is used in its elaboration. This gives the wine its bitter taste.
It is an stimulant drink and because of this effect it has been considered as the aperitif “par excellence”. The wine is brown in colour with amber tones and it has a neat bright finish. It has an intense aroma to the nose due to the bark of the Quina Calisaya. It is broad in the mouth and with good body. The aromas are predominantly given by the quinine with a bitter and astringent long after-taste. It is advisable to consume it cold.

The " Vermouth de Reus " began to develop in our city and traditionally home to many families and today enjoys great renown throughout Europe. Vermouth Miró was founded in the city of Reus in 1957 specializing in the manufacture of packaged products, and especially in the preparation of traditional vermouth Reus. But already in its origins, the Miró family winemaking and wine flavored liqueur mainly in bulk. So much so that 2015 is the year of the centenary of the Miró family , and with which we are proud to say that entrusting the passion for this job generation, nowadays we enjoy a long family tradition that we can feel in our products essence.
